Comparability of Qualifications
The
UK NRP provides a service for individuals seeking information
on comparability between international and UK academic qualifications. This
service is intended to assist those with overseas qualifications
to progress towards further studies and employment in the UK.
As
an independent enquirer, you should forward the following in order
for us to proceed:
- A photocopy of your certificate(s) together with transcript(s)
- A covering letter from yourself stating the purpose of your enquiry
- A copy of a certified translation in English if necessary

Providing we have
received the necessary information, we can process
your enquiry and provide you with a letter of comparability.
To ensure that you have sent the correct information,
please check the Certificate Guidelines below.
Certificate Guidelines
- UK NRP is only able to
assess overseas awards which constitute
national standards in the country of origin.
- We are only able to evaluate courses
of at least 200 hours duration.
Any certificates for courses of less than 200 hours will not be mentioned in the evaluation.
- Only those certificates strictly relating to
education or apprenticeships can be evaluated.
References and logbooks should be presented directly to prospective employers.
- If you wish to work in a specific trade or
occupation in the UK send only certificates that are relevant to that trade i.e.
Technical certificates, apprenticeship certificates, trade or registration cards.
- We are not able to assess Certificates of Attendance.
Only certificates of awards should be presented.
Should you require a written individual assessment of your
own academic qualifications, which results in a letter of comparability,
there is a standard charge of £40.00 (plus VAT for people living in
the UK and EU - making the total charge £47.00). We can accept payment
by cheque, postal order or credit card. All payments must be made payable to
ECCTIS Ltd. Could you also include your name and address on the
back of the cheque (Please note that we need the details of the
individual seeking comparability - not the person paying the cheque
if this is different).

Please note:
- Documents are not normally returned. However, if you wish your documents to be returned, please include a stamped addressed envelope
- Documents are not kept for a period of more than 6 months

Fast-track service
In emergencies you can use the UK NRP
Fast Track service. This is a premium service for individuals or companies
who require us to provide a statement in a maximum of 48 hours.
The cost of the service is £200 plus VAT for a 24 hour turnaround
and £150 plus VAT for a 48 hour service.
Please note the 24/48 hour period will only start when all documentation is received and
does not include delivery time.
